The exciting world of dating is so multi-faceted. Every dating experience will teach you something new, and you’ll never really learn to put together a flawless first date. But there are some essential dating tips that everyone should master.
If you’ve already met a sweet girl from work or through friends, and want to take her out to a nice restaurant, look for the perfect place first. Your wallet doesn’t have to run dry, because an upscale bistro isn’t necessary to impress her. And it’s not really a great idea to bring her to a party because an intimate setting is what you need to really get to know your date.
Practice your conversation skills. Studies have shown that women talk more than men, so practice being a good listener too. Talk about movies, current events, hobbies, or anything under the sun. You might just discover you have a lot of things in common during your conversation. Tell a joke or two, as humor is a great icebreaker.
It’s not easy finding the right time to ask a girl out on a date, but do your best to find a moment when she’s not preoccupied with other things or with other people. If you maintain eye contact and confidence, she’ll definitely have a hard time saying no!
Make her feel special by treating her with courtesy and respect. Just opening the door for a girl can already make a huge difference. And remember that a girl appreciates a man who listens.
Put away your tuxedos and suits, because all you need to wear to impress a girl are clothes that you feel comfortable in. If it’s a casual date, wear casual clothes–as long as they’re clean and pressed.
If her answer is no, don’t feel too bad about it. She probably has her own reasons for declining. It might be because of her work, or another relationship. The dating world is still brimming with opportunities.

Upscale restaurants, tend to have better food, service, etc. But you tend to have to get dressed up for, is more expensive, and sometimes the service can be snooty.
Casual restaurants, like TGIF have generic food, but the atmosphere is comfortable, and relaxed.
What I do like about fine dining, is you can linger over a meal for hours, while at casual restaurants, you can not. Of course the guy is paying…so ladies which would you prefer for a date?
